Pets are important members of the family and their needs and safety must be considered when your home is for sale. 

Potential buyers are visually inspecting the home and looking for signs that it’s not being maintained properly.  A clean home sends a signal to the buyer that you’re paying attention to the details. Barking dogs can be distracting and food and water bowls are unattractive.  Nothing turns off buyers faster than walking into the laundry room and being greeted by a stinky litter box.

I am a licensed real estate broker and I can help you.  If you are thinking of selling your home or your house is already on the market, please give me a call. Guardian Angel Pet Care has a service tailored to fit your needs. I will come to your home and take your dog(s) for a ride during the showing.  I will also put away anything that was left out when you went to work such as food & water bowls, toys, litter boxes, food, and so on.  If you have multiple showings in one day, I’ll coordinate taking the dog(s) to a kennel or doggy daycare for the day.
